Hello everyone !

I woke up this morning with again tons of ideas to put in practice and I decided to keep up with the somehow different cards by creating a Quad Easel Card.

As you can see this is kind of a spectacular effect, and while it requires a bit of work and measurements, it is really worth the effort, as you can see, it is a very beautiful card.

So here we go :

First create two squares of card for the base of the card. One should be a 18 cm square, the other one 17,5 cm. I have cut my base on a red card and my mat is cut in a gold card.

Then comes the preparation of the easels, for which you will need to cut 4 times a 8 by 15,5 cms piece, which you will fold in their middle, and 8 times squares of 7 cms each.

Now 4 of those 8 squares will be used to mat the base of the rectangle piece you have just cut which will become your easel. The other four will be used to decorate the top of the easel.

Now you can use only two layers, or add one more as I have done for exemple for the stamped hearts. Really up to you.

Should you have any questions, please let me know, I would be happy to detail the process even more.

Now my base cards are from Hobbyshop Wilhelm Rüther , Flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts and the sentiments and have been created using the Framelits from Sizzix.

I hope you will like it and I see you tomorrow !

Your Alba
